Results revealed that over 97% of Ruder Finn U.S. employees consider themselves engaged
NEW YORK, NY – 6/18/24 – Ruder Finn, one of the world’s largest independent global communications and integrated marketing agencies, today announced the agency was named among Inc.’s Best Workplaces of 2024. The list recognizes companies across all industries that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures.
After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 543 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture.
